Ordering
To order: Please submit your order via email on my Contact page to: WickedPonyDesigns@gmail.com. Orders will be placed in queue in the order in which they are received.
Once I receive your contact information, I will send you a confirmation email and request the following:
1. Choice of Horse, Dog or Cat
2. The name of your pet if you would like personalization. Be sure to double check spelling.
3. Well-lit, clear pictures of both the front and back of your pet. If you have a special request, please inquire and I’ll
do my best to accommodate that.
PRICING
Prices are listed with each glass style, plus shipping. Ohio residents are subject to 7% sales tax.
PROCESSING
As these are custom glasses, payment is expected prior to the creation of your glass. At the time of purchase, your name will be placed in my queue. When your name is reached in the queue, an invoice will be sent to you via PayPal. Once your payment is received, I will begin work on your glass. You can expect work to take two to three weeks to complete and ship.
PAYMENT
PayPal is our preferred method of payment. Ohio residents are subject to 7% sales tax.
SHIPPING
Shipping is $10.00 via USPS to any zip code in the lower 48. For any other areas, please inquire.
PRODUCT CARE
I paint only on shatter-proof Libbey glassware with non-toxic acrylic enamels. Each glass is oven cured for durability, but it is recommended that these glasses be hand washed to preserve your keepsake for years to come. Please keep in mind these are one-of-a-kind and very labor intensive. Please take care not to allow them to soak in water for extended periods.
